Just a suggestion for the way weight training sessions are handles. It would be good to have a general input like:

"exercise": "Sets": "Reps": "weight"

This way you can easily put in the total number of sets and not have to enter each separately. If you change the reps on a given set you can just put that in the notes section. Alternatively, have a maximum of 5 "Sets" for a given exercise where you can put in the specific "reps" and "weight" for each.

Just allows a bit more specific info regarding progress with strength work.
