Until now. Life got in the way. The day after the triathlon I moved from Bristol to London. And life got crazy and then I moved again and I've been working a lot, and not working out... The swim/bike bricks and I reconsider socks ![]() Well, it's been a while, but it's been going well. I find I get anxious about one part, then get more comfortable with that, then I go on to something else. Will I ever run out of things to worry about? Generally I've been feeling very confident abo... Swimming, rest day plus Bath and back ![]() Thursday was swim training. At Horfied again - I swum to the music on at Aqua Fit, which was hilairious. It's hard though as there's a lot of people there who have little idea about lanes and how they work. So far at Horfield I've identified two typ... Symetrical blisters FTW ![]() Brick training last night went really well. Overall average of 22km/hr and that included trafficy bits. Over a full 20km too. I broke halfway to run for 15 minutes which was rudely interupted by this: A tiny, tiny mouse! And I can assure you that m... Legs feel like they had a good sprint on the treadmill - I ran for an extra 7 minutes and thank god, my hamstring has stopped hurting (new trainers, I thank you).
